I just realised after finishing my build today that my nh-d14 has only a 3 pin and a 4 pin is needed for the cpu fan header.... What should I do? Cheers Dwighet

so my fan will run as it is now but wont ramp up if the cpu is under load?

No, it'll run at full speed all the time

Depending on your mobo and what header/headers you attach the fans to you may be able to control the speed via speedfan

Use the 120mm fan set to the front of the NH-14 in the four pin slot (it fits don't worry (only CPU fans use the four pin few afterstock fans do))

You can put the 140MM fan from the middle to another fan controller.
