    Hey all,
    Am trying Nigella Lawon's coca cola ham recipe tomorrow, but as I'm a complete novice I'm just gonna boil it, and skip the whole baking and glaze part. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for the coca cola mix left over from the boiling? Can i do anything with it? Thanks...

    Well wouldn't be coca cola ham without it!! I can barely boil the kettle so in all likelihood it'll be a disaster! I can picture my family in one of those food safety ads with their faces all blurred out recounting their experiences of food poisioning!!
