  • Registered Users Posts: 241 ✭✭littlebsci

Still bucketing down in Portarlington. Some of the bigest snowflakes I've seen all week!!

Two decisions to make.....1 whether to drive to Newbridge and 2 whether to drive to Dublin. Anyone know if it's still snowing in Newbridge?

Snow has petered out and turned to drizzle in Wicklow Town - meltioso outside too. It does indeed look like the end.

Time to fold over the laptop stop refreshing boards and get back to real life again! :(

It snowed a couple of hours here in Drogheda this morning - has stopped since 1pm or so, but the sky looks dark enough, would expect more snow to be honest, and snow at the back is now level with the floor..!! :D

PS: Everyone please put some bird food / nuts / seeds out in a tray or something, supporting your local wild life...!

Jesus your location is resembling russia weather-wise at the moment - what i mean is you're getting plenty of snow no matter the direction the weather is coming from!

Tipping down in Trim now, really big flakes as well.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,284 ✭✭✭Archeron

Mega Christmas card snow in Trim now, flumping down in big proper snow flakes. Its beautiful, but really heavy.

I just put some food out for the birds, and while none have touched it yet, there seem to be dozens of them now lurking in the trees waiting for someone to get the courage to make sure its safe :)
