I could really feel my arms after yesterdays METCON that along with the extra set and heavier weight I was using for the Seated row and split squats had me feeling this session straight away.

For the deadlifts I was working through them really well, however once I got to 120kg I kept loosing my grip on the left hand. When I would try to come up for the second rep I would loose the grip in the left hand  thus I only got three single 120kg's done. I have to say I felt smashed after this session today.

Rolling and stretching to finish- I was ready for bed after this!
