How can you find out who lives at a certain address?

Go to that address, knock on the door, and when someone answers it, say "who are you?"

I finally made someone laugh, knew it had to happen eventually. Monkeys and typewriters and all that.

anyone can go in and do a search of any property... its public record... just cost ya a couple of euro.

best way of finding stuff out though is off a neighbour ... them aul wans knows everything ;)

edit: I'd hate to be doin a search of the phonebook for it you'd be searching for a while without a name

That register search engine is useless : hubby is on it (me too but my name is a bit more complicated) with a straightforward name and address, never been able to bring his name up with it. We're both on it for sure , but had to ring Co Council to confirm that.

I think that it is rented as this only started happening last weekend. I wouldn't so much mind if it was only weekends but this happens weekdays during the day for 2 solid hours!

I want to find out who owns the apartment and maybe they could have a word without me getting involved...

Oh right id say your best bet would be to ring all the agencies in Waterford, more than likely one of them are renting it or will point in the right direction anyway.

    Thanks!

The address is registered on PRTB so at least I know that it is rented so have contacted them.

Also contacted the Management Company - not sure if they can do much!

    And will contact the agencies!

Did you type the address into Google? Sometimes you get old ads for renting. Maybe a planning permission thing might come up.

The Land Registery on the Cork Road will certainly have the name of the registered owner!
