I normally make small potato pancakes with slivers of ham on top, with a mustard or a mayonnaise sauce. Basically individual mouthfuls. Delicious but getting a bit fed up with them. Anybody got other ideas?

Definitely sausage rolls - got a tip which I tried out over the weekend - mix some ballymaloe relish in with the sausage meat (I used Superquinns). Amazingly tasty and sweet results.
