    Yeah, most of Clare, Limerick and my area of North Tipp didn't have any snow cover at that time this morning.

    Isn't that actually cloud that's over (the low-lying parts anyway) of these counties.

    Wouldn't totally clear skies over Ireland be required for an accurate portrayal of the snow cover?

    Surprised theres such a lack of snow in the west, I thought most places had snow by now.

    Interesting to see that the only two places in Donegal without snow are Malin Head and the area around Finner. Pangea mentioned the other day that these stations dont give an accurate reading of the countys weather an that seems to confirm that fact
