on your pc or laptop type 192.168.1.254 into the address bar and press enter, if it asks for a password, it might be broadband1

if its the silver netopia router, click wireless on the left and then scroll down to preshared key, thats the password ya need

if its the black zyxel router, click network and then wireless lan, the preshared key is the password

Try looking at the underside of the Eircom router for the password (aka. key).

Change your encryption to WPA2, and change your password. Leave it as is, and you might as well turn off the security all together.

Which network are you trying to join?

    eircom 4055 7510
    or
    eircom 7157 0311

992735C2A0A5CCCC34DE6354BB is the code for the second one i think.

How do I change the encryption ?

As pointed out earlier access http://192.168.1.254 if its the netopia I think it should be under advanced settings on the let of the page - any look for wireless and security. Change the name of the network choose wpa and save your settings and exit.
