Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I don't know much about engines, but I hope they still sound good and are loud.

One of the bonuses of running the turbo engines is the elimination of the airbox above the drivers head which in my opinion, will look much better.

I also note that while fuel flow will be limited, there will be no limit put on boost. Will be interesting if the teams can work around this somehow to to give an extra bit of boost as a push to pass button as done with the old turbo cars.

Another change facing the teams will be the rear construction of the car. Previously, running V engines meant that they could be used as a stressed member of the car. Running an I4 won't allow you to do so. I'd imagine some sort of frame will have to be built at the back to support the rear end. Seems like a bit of a backwards step. Brabham had to do this with their cars when running the I4 BMW turbo engines.
