Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

The parents have told me that a few times on their PC that they may be using the computer and suddenly the screen goes blue with loads of white writing. They turn the computer off and back on again and everything seems to be work again. However it has happened a few times in the last couple of months.

They have a Dell Dimension that is over 4 years old with Windows XP 2002 Home Edition.

They couldn't tell me what the writing said but they said it looked like that in the image below.

I presume this is the so called BSOD? Anything they can do to stop it happening or confirm it is the BSOD?

    All advice much appreciated.
