Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I picked up a box of assorted chillies yesterday and Im looking for some recipe ideas to use them in!

I usually use the red & green dutch chillis for a spicy lentil soup, but Ive also got a Habanero, Jalapeno and Fresno in the box and Im not sure what to use them in. Any and all suggestions welcome :D

You could always make chilli jelly with them. I usually use a Nigella Lawson recipe to make it, there's a recipe for it on her website:
    http://www.nigella.com/recipes/view/chilli-jam-2692

The jelly isnt' too hot, very nice on steak etc. Very simple to make - it's just chopped-up red chillies and red peppers, jam sugar and vinegar. It's great for giving as presents too!
