Returned a phone to Meteor - how long til I get a refund?

I bought a phone from the Meteor online shop, discovered I'd zero coverage so I emailed and they agreed to take it back. Got their return packaging in the post and sent it back but haven't heard anything from them over a week later. Anyone know how long it should take to get a refund?

after they receive the phone in the post they will start the process if the phone is still in working order and everything that came in the box is still there,

it usually take a few days for them to recieve it and then a few days for the refund to go through ~2weeks
