Conditions of paths in and around Dun Laoghaire??

Hi all Can anyone tell me what the conditions of the paths are in and around Dun Laoghaire, particularly in and around the train station and down on front of the shops past Insomnia/Mao's etc and the Metals all the way down to the Peoples Park? Are they lethal??
