    Hi John/Ais,

    Looking for a 42inch LCD or Plasma for a Xmas pressie. Preferably a Samsung & full HD (but HD ready ok too) for under €500 delivered to Athlone.

    I'm open to suggestions and recommendations too.

    Philips specialise in LCD TV's nowadays - most models now use LED Backlighting tech (except the PFL5405H which uses standard CCFL backlighting)

    I can offer you the 42PFL5405H
    This is a Full HD 100Hz LCD TV with MPEG 4 Digital tuner.

    It's a little over budget at €699.99 (I'll pm you a better price on it;))

    This is also available in 37" for €599.99

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
