is the blackberry avaible on prepay from any network?

I really want the Blackberry for Christmas. I know it's only avaible via bill-pay on 02 and Vodafone,but bill-pay is not an option,only pre-pay. I heard it's aviable by prepay on the Orange and T-Mobile network,true? If anyone knows if Blackberry is avaible on any network with pre-pay as an option,please tell me :)
