Hi guys, hope you can help.

Basically I've been having untold amounts of bother with meteor and their God awful customer service and product in general. I've attempted to cancel my contract with them but they are demanding early termination charges. What I'm wondering from yourselves is are there any methods of cancellation whereby I can terminate charge free?
