I hate the way they show the "you're fired/hired" shot at the end...I always remember which way he was pointing and kinda spoiler the next weeks ep....bah.

Anyway, go Niamh, Michelle's "tactics and theatrics" have been annoying all the way through imo....

and Niamh is kinda cute ;)

However if it was two guys in the final, the female audience would call it sexiest.

Bill should learn one important thing for this years show.

Get rid of Brightwater Recruitment. A shower of bluffers and a bit idiotic addressing candidates on their spelling when their website has a load of them.

Good man will with the €9 Penney's shirt and tie in the boardroom.

I know because I have the same one... :o

Btw; where did Niamh's upper lip go to?

Will he sit on the fench and give them his business card at the end?

Anyone see the article about him in the Sunday Times??

He is up to his eyeballs in debt. Spent a fortune on propety. Talk about getting too big for his boots.

They used to have a tonne of them. Brightwater are not really respected anymore.

Last year they had jobs that were two years old on their page. They revamped it recently

I just read one from the independent, google him and it's four or five down. Seems like he's mostly taking the piss though.

Anyone else think Will looks a little like Brendan O'Connor under that lighting?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,916 ✭✭✭NickDrake

    On Brightwater's webpage

"Brightwater's growth is identified below, but what hasn't changed is the company's absolute dedication to being the very best, fairest, committed, intelligent Recruitment Consultancy in Ireland."

That does not read correctly. Very poorly written

Niamh was strong at the beginning...but she had others that were much weaker around her. So she did get weaker and weaker as the weeks went on but I think she was trying not to ruffle any feathers. Could see a different Niamh in the final. I would say Michelle has been stronger up till now though.

I'm not actually sure enough to call it now, think it's nearly anyones game.

Yeah they'll need to work with former candidates and Niamh seems more popular with the other candidates so hard to say.
Michelle could try and do too much herself and come a cropper

I reckon Michelle will win though
