    Panos and Michelle for the final, panos to win based purely on the interviews/CV's/
    To be fair though this part of the "process" is complete bollox anyway and "bill" doesnt really give a toss about how many spelling mistakes were in a cv or how many cliches a candidate uses.

    Will probably be Michelle and Will in the Final with Michele to win based on Bills experiences over the series and the job that he has in mind for them at the end of it.

    Michelle did well to be fair. Niamh is a sheep and Panoz is only in it for attention. Will is a bit dim but he'll go against Michelle in the final because of sales strength.

    I havent seen whether there is a spoiler but Will has to go. he never impressed me and his CV shows that he shouldnt have been in the contest in the first place.
