    Iinquired about this car

    http://www.carzone.ie/search/Volkswagen/Jetta/JETTA-SP/201048200431708/advert?channel=CARS

I got an email response saying that the car has no outstanding finance etc...

"The car is as new condition and has no outstanding finance, no previous crashes or anything negative you need to concern yourself with.
Now I am in Spain and the car is here as well but it's still irish reg
I have a shipping contract already paid so the final price is 7450 eur + 300 eur shipping taxes.

Let me know if you need more info as I am looking for a fast sale.

    Regards"

Sounds dodgy to me! What do you think. Of course I can look into it and may well do that still but.... just seems too good to be true!

Definite scam. Some similar examples in the scam thread at the top of the page.

You'll probably get the whole "it was my dead brothers car" next. Thats usually the way those scam emails go.

Don't need to read any further. It's a scam, that and the fact that the car is ridiculously cheaper than others of the same year.
