Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Iv trained with Steve and Artur in Limerick. Their very good at what they do and theirs no bull****e. (lot of it around regarding Krav Maga) You will at least get an idea of what its about and will also get a small introduction to other arts without knowing it (groundwork is all stolen from BJJ/MMA) :)

Bit on the expensive side however but give it a go.

I've trained with both of the lads; Steve and Artur in Cork. I've enjoyed the classes and have found the techniques straightforward to learn. Definitely worth trying a couple of sessions with Artur as he'll handle Waterford. He's tough, you'll feel the session the next day.
