Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    everytime i see it i smile its on my ipod,phone ps3 and laptop ... this stirs my emotions.. i see it and i feel like crying ... not in bad way obviously but even after nearly 20 years of taking pictures i find it amazing that something that took 0.017th of a second to take can make me feel so much ...

    This is one of my favorite shots of my own. A total fluke... normally wouldn't have seen this nearly as far south as it was.

    A quote I read only yesterday, a photographers response to this question is my next photo.

    It is a really hard one. I find that everytime I take a batch of images I find a new "favourite". But, it very much depends on the day and frame of mind..With the current weather my favourite is...

    Not sure which one overall would be my favourite photo - but this is most definitely a contender.

    You could say a lot is to do with post processing but I like it in full colour and this way.

    i've a few great shots of my niece and nephew, but i've a policy of not posting portraits to public forums without the permission of the person in the shot (or their parents' permission in this case).

    I don't agree with that 'my next shot ... haven't taken it yet' attitude really. You are allowed to have favourites from your collection. Why not? :)

    This is definitely one of my personal favourites, I love how it turned out after processing but more so because it captured a precious moment. This was Emily's first ever bubble, her face says it all.

    I do, cos it's a fantastic picture. It kinda of suggests "freedom" sits on just the other side of that fence... one of those "warm fuzzy feeling" pics....

    This is my fave at the moment.Had to get up at 5.30am and drive for an hour and then a trek to get this. Was worth the early rise.

    Like others have said, my favourite changes regularly, but I've always liked this one. It's rushed, the lighting isn't what it could be, but I still like it...

    My favourite at the moment would be this one. A few weeks I was in Mullaghmore for 2 days and woke early one morning, was thinking of getting up to take sunrise photos, decided against it, too lazy :o then changed my mind and was I happy that I did :D

    Seeing as it's YOUR favourite photo, then no.

    This is my favourite photo... I just love it.

    Far too many to choose from tbh... especially due to varying subjects.

    I'll say this for now

    As with everyone else, mine alternates from time to time, but this is probably, ultimately, my favourite;
