Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

One of the lads is in bother with his van , its a 1999, is it much of a job to do the headgasket on one of them ? I am a mechanic by trade.

Have to admit that I've never looked at one of these, let alone done a head gasket. Autodata shows the time to replace the HG at just under 4 hours.

    HTH!

I would imagine its a bit of bastard, the engine is well below the level of the front panel so you will be working below leaning in.

Some of the Transporters used to have pins that allowed the rad and some other stuff to fold slightly forward.

Surprised that the HG is giving trouble, it is not something you hear of all to often

The engine was changed only a few weeks ago , so God only knows....
