Can anyone tell me what travelling conditions from the top of Tramore into Waterford were like today? By all accounts it was pretty bad, but was it passable? (Its snowing here again!). Any suggestions which is the best of the hills to get down to the main road? they were saying on WLR not to go onto the ring road by the…
