Shi*e I know, but I don't think its Mr. Lennihan (I don't support FF or him in any way SF or Labour FTW!) making the decisions. He is only a figure head, he is told what to do IMO.

Ehmm, I applied for my grant at the start of the year and still havn't got it yet. So it's likely i'll get it 2011, does that mean my grant will be 10% less?
