BIllpay contract is on, new phone?

Hi guys, Just signed a new billpay contract with Meteor. However I am not totally satisfied with my new phone. Can I just sell this phone (lets say Ebay) and buy new one (lets say from Expansys) and use with my current sim? It seems to be unlocked. Cheers.

Yup, as long as the phone you're getting is unlocked or locked to Meteor.
