Spanish Grinds!

Hi! I've recently been asked to give a few LC Spanish grinds after Christmas, I only took up Spanish in college and I'm in my final year now. Can anyone help me out with what needs to be covered, notes etc? I don't want to do a half arsed job on this so I'd rather get it right from day one, any help is greatly appreciated!
