Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anybody have a recording of the first gerry ryan morning show from march 88 ? RTE most not have it because they never played it after his death. It would be very interesting to hear it.

It would be interesting alright but I'd say it would be rubbish like most programs first show, before the find their feet.

I think there are a few clips from Gerry's early days on youtube.I surprised RTE don't have archive material available on their website.I'd love to be able to listen back to great legends like Mike Murphy,Gay Byrne.
