Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Changing Groupsets

    Hi,

I'm planning on changing some groupsets in the new year, I'm getting Campag Chourus and will be putting this on one of my bikes, taking the Veloce that's on it off and putting it onto another.

The cables for the current Veloce set are internal with Jagwire adjusters on them so I'll probably leave them as they are and use the cables I get with the new groupset for swapping over the Veloce.

The bike that I'm putting the Veloce on has got shimano at the minute so I will need to change the freehub aswell.

I got a service done by Mr Skeffington before but I saw on some other thread that he was gone ?

Anyone got any advice on where to get it done, I want to keep the cost down but obviously need to get it done right.

    Thanks

Yes, you will need to chance the freehub.

Skeff did my full groupset for 60, city cycles in blackhall place quoted me 80 (however I'm a regular, so no sure if its standard)
