Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My First Ever 'Proper' Bike

Well I'm still a little shocked. Work approved my 'Cycle to Work' quote and I collected my bike this morning. Currently I'm cycling a Blast Ranger (don't laugh). It breaks down frequently with the chain coming off being the most common problem. As my other half and I are buying a house at the moment money is tight for other things so I thought the scheme would be an ideal way to finally own a decent bike.

I got some advice from a colleague and decided on the Cube Acid 2011. I bought it from the guys in Cyclebike which is just off of Capel Street who were very friendly and helpful.

    Specs below:

I've never ever had a nice bike so I'm still a little stunned that work OK'd it. I'll use it for cycling to work but I can't wait now to get out at the weekend and give it a good go.
