    I agree, going back and saying "Err, um, I know that (person) said you'd get X from us but actually I want you to only get Y from us..." is very unprofessional but I still say giving someone 20% of YOUR sales is ludicrious. You would never. ever do that in business, say that someone will get a certain percentage towards ALL your sales.
