Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Have you tried a different hdmi input on the tv?

Try 720x 576 res ,, most hdtvs only support 3 or 4 pc resolutions, read the tv manual,pc resolution input settings, try 1280 x 720 resolution, also make sure pc grahics refresh is set to 60mhz .
There should be a sticky here, connect my pc to hdtv ,this question comes up every 2 weeks.MY HD TV, only works,on 720,1024 x768, and 1 other res, otherwise i get flikering, distortion in the pc picture, WHEN I use my laptop to connect to the tv..i prefer to use pc vga to vga input on the tv.Unless you have hdmi out on the pc grahics card.

+1 The TV manual should list the supported resolutions, check the manual and pick a resolution and screen refresh rate that your PC supports. No harm to update your video driver if there's a new version available either.

If you lost the TV manual you should be able to find it here...

Unlikely to be an issue, all of the HDMI inputs would support the same list of resolutions.

My hdtv manual, says when using pcs input via vga or hdmi, 60mhz is the maximum refresh rate,
a higher refresh rate can damage the tube,or tv circuits.UNLESS you are sure use 60mhz refresh rate, thats safe for any hdtv .

It's worked for me on an install before, the customer had a 50" samsung tv and I couldn't get the resolution working right, so I used a different input and it worked fine.
One of the hdmi input's was able to handle a pc at 1900 x 1080 while no of the others would.
