esb nightsaver

i am not with esb at moment as switched to bord gais now looking at best way to save money on bills We use the tumble dryer a lot and racks up bills ,should i switch back to esb and get a nightsaver meter put in Anyone got a nightsaver meter , do u save money on your bills
