Moving mastercard balance to a third party to avoid paying interest?

Hi, I hope someone can advise me on this, I heard on the Ray Darcy show on Monday morning that there is a way you can move the money you owe on your credit card to a third party to avoid paying interest on it?

Does anyone know about this, I would really appreciate any advice on this?

I think if I change to this or an mbna, tesco or an ebs credit card you dont have to pay interest on the money you transfer from the original card?

Are there any fees I am missing transferring one card from another?

You need to get a card that offers 0% balance transfer.
Did you see 0% on that site?

MBNA are offering some, wouldn't use MBNA again personally.
