I mean to say that Blair and Labour spent like sailors in a brothel, swathing the UK in beauracracy and needless expense. But that's my view, and not for here.

Oh Jaysus, tubbers has launched into FF damage limitation mode again. "Didya like Bertie, didya? Sure it was international, wasn't it, wasn't it?"

Could someone please change the thread title to Tubridy rant?

Seriously, Mods how the hell is this a thread about the LLS?!

Just wanted to say I love this thread every week.. I also love Ryan and think he does a great job.. so not everyone on here is on the thread to complain about Ryan. Each to their own opinion I say! :D

    Interesting.

I counted 37 pentagon spots to the left of Gordon Brown when he's on camera.

Yes and even with all of our differing oppinions we all manage to get on really well together.

Even heading off on trips to Oslo with a good friend of ours.

I was never a fan of Brown but he's talking a lot of sense tonight.

DLB is so poor because he doesn't listen to the question he has just asked. He is all locked and loaded and ready to ask the next question. A bit like starchy Pat Kenny's style

Nail on the head. Tubridy's major flaw is he can't roll with the punches. No flow in the man, nothing natural about him.

The mutual arse licking between Tubs and Brown is stomach churning.

I hate Fianna Fail as much as the next non-inbred person, but I really don't see this supposed 'pro-FF bias' from Tubridy. I get the impression that some people won't be happy until the Late Late is prefixed with "there now follows a party political broadcast on behalf of Fianna Fail".

That said, Pat Kenny would have done a far better job of interviewing Brown.

Preface: I've had a bottle and a half of red wine....

This could be Tubridy's best interview of this season... guest was very comfortable, asked tough questions, interesting interview... (which I wasnt expecting with Gordon Brown)... aside from aligning FF with labour on the "international crisis" thing..
