Self Build Trades Prices

    any one got any prices for the trades, im building a 2100sq ft storey and a half house and just got some prices in
    7000 for ground works up to sub floor
    12500 for blockwork up to wall plate not inc blocks
    25000 for roof inc all timber slate etc. part of the roof is flat and he is putting trocal pvs finish on it any one know anything about this.
    im just looking for rough ideas of prices

    Best advise I can give is get 3 quotations for each stage/part, then you can see if you're getting value

    Do you know how many blocks are in the house. My house is 2500 sq ft and there is 6900 blocks. I got it done for 5500 cash but even if you add vat etc its no where near your price. You may have 9 inch walls which means alot more blocks
