Digiweb DSL cutting out every afternoon

Has anyone who uses Digiweb DSL (not metro) noticed it cutting out in the mid afternoon? We installed it about 5 days ago, and every day, it faithfully goes down at around 3pm. It's always back up the next morning, but all afternoon and evening it remains down. We've tried it on 2 PCs, and the problem is always the same.…

Has anyone who uses Digiweb DSL (not metro) noticed it cutting out in the mid afternoon? We installed it about 5 days ago, and every day, it faithfully goes down at around 3pm. It's always back up the next morning, but all afternoon and evening it remains down.

We've tried it on 2 PCs, and the problem is always the same. The timing is so consistent that it sounds like a setting somewhere is switched one way rather than the other, but as there's no broadband light on the router when it goes down, it sounds like a setting on their end.

Any suggestions?
