Moving Down Under 175 v 176 visa

Hi, Does anybody have an idea of once you get state sponsored how long does it take for a 176 to come through. Is it the same length of time as a 175 or is it quicker. Also what amount of funds do yo need to show for ss for Victoria. Husband is a carpenter only starting the process plus 2 children. Would like to get there…
