Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Rawr, You paid for a dinosaur.

You're on Your own, Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 2000 in 2006. It'll not have an ethernet port to get on the internet, besides it'll be too slow for todays web content. It'll not have usb2 that todays devices use. It'll have a hard drive quarter the size of an ipod. No card reader to import Your photo's...............

    http://home.eunet.no/pnordahl/ntpasswd/ windows password reset disk

depends on the spec of the machine, most corporate machines had network cards, and even a 10 Mb card will beat an ADSL connection every day of the week

how much RAM / how big is the hard drive ?

Ubuntu needs a minimum of 512MB of ram, they recommend 1GB, doubt this relic has enough ram for the more lightweight Xbuntu (needs 256MB). Its 10 years old ffs.

32MB was the minimum, but 64MB was recommended for Windows 2000, which is probably what this has got

Would you know the specifications of the machine? Hard drive size, RAM. You can always install and upgrade your own.
