Voice Recognition for Samsung Galaxy Europa

    I just bought a Samsung Galaxy Europa I5500, Overall I am happy with the phone but the only disappointing thing is the lack of voice recognition, which would be great for use with my Bluetooth headset, Does anybody know if it is actually built into the phone or if there is an App that i can download to add this functionality?
