Hey, is there such a thing as memory cards for xboxes? My bro's xbox has is full and he can't save games. Looking to buy one for a christmas pressie.

You can use USB flash drives now so just buy one of them much cheaper solution

But anyway is still memo card for xbox,but as a said @Googch2k4 pen is cheaper option if is compatible.

you would want to have minimum 8GB for the external flash memory to be much use tbh - best place to get those is online - many sites sell them much cheaper than in retail store
