Put the moderators of the politics forum on a permanent swap cycle. Every moderator on boards has to moderate politics for one week then move on to the next moderator in the list.

That and scrap (then delete) the 'green issues'/sustainability forum.

Allow advertisers to PM members - just ten a day, nothing crazy.

I would delete posts seemingly at random and normally in the early hours without notifying the poster or anybody else or giving a reason. Then when the OP arises in the morning with a hangover and checks to see what replies he got to his humorous comments posted the night before after the pub crawl he wont know if he dreamt it or forgot to press "Submit Reply" before his head collapsed asleep on the keyboard.

Then I would issue infractions to people on here who hint that I might be ginger.
