Gift for childminder

Any thoughts on a gift for a childminder? Shes great and I'd be lost without her, she even takes my little one when we go away for weekends. I really wanna get her something good and thoughtful but all out of ideas. Thanks

A spa day if you want to go all out. Depending on your budget you can work down from there. I'm sure a facial would be greatly appreciated.
