My van is currently taxed commerically. I have not taxed it since i bought it,(Which was only yesterday,.......i swear;)). I want to tax it privately instead, so will i be able to just go in to my local tax office and do this? Also will it have to be nct'd from them on or will it still have to go for the Doe, even if its…
