Ok, it would be good if we could keep this thread argument-free! With the big freeze in January I had an awful time getting by, even though I like snow it was stressful getting to and from work as I usually cycled. Trying to time and get used to buses and very heavy traffic was a pain. This time round I'm not working so…

Thanks, everyone, for reminding me why I love it so much : ) The cabin fever had gotten to me a bit (two weeks of not leaving the house with a 5 month old would do that to a person!), so I wasn't looking forward to the next lot, despite having stocked up on everything we can think of. Now I am : ) I fancy going for a walk on my own in the dark next Thursday night just to listen to it fall.
