    Arsenal bench:

Fabianski, Djourou, Denilson, Fabregas, van Persie, Walcott, Bendtner.

Have to ask how a keeper can be fit enough for the bench but not to start...

I know Compilations are dodgy out but still

When the next choice is Almunia.

Hmmm; keeping out Yeovil Town and keeping out Manchester United are two different things indeed.

Hope he does well though does Woj. Big ask from AW if I'm honest and I can't say I agree with him. As Pepe said, if a keeper is fit enough to be on the bench... There would have been easier games to throw Woj into. Can't think of a harder Premiership debut than United away tbh.

Kick in the teeth for Almunia anyway.

Well goalies who are starting on the bench almost never play unless the starting goalie is injured or is having a shocker. I'm pretty sure you already know this. But he's more than likely not going to play, and they probably only travelled with 2 keepers. Better safe than sorry.

I'll be surprised if there's any bans; banter is generally good natured between both sets of fans on here. The only post trying to stir **** in the thread has come from a Liverpool fan.

Not really surprised that Berbatov is on the bench. fergusons way of playing against arsenal in the recent past has worked well so why change it?

It might have been a harder decision to make if he'd finished a few of those chances against Valencia.

Disgraceful Berbatov isn't starting after scoring 8 goals in 12 games.

I'd like to see either a front three of Park-Rooney-Nani. Or two up top with Rooney and Little Pea. No Berbatov, only because Arsenal look to be totally incapable of dealing with pace.

Last thing, I really hope Anderson plays.

Me and Fergie. Like that we are.
