Irish Investment Ratio 2000-2009

I'm trying to locate the Irish Investment Ratio (%) figures for 2000 up to 2009, i.e. the percentage of Ireland's GNP devoted to gross investment. In 1999 the figure was 27.6% I tried the latest CSO Statistical Yearbook but couldn't find it. Any help appreciated.

Investment is usually proxied by: gross domestic fixed capital formation + inventory + statistical discrepancy.

Table 5 on the tabs. For example, the 1999 investment ratio figure: '=(H21+H23+H31)/H41' will give 27.7%.
