The winner always does. An equally observant fact is the winner got most votes. Well done.

Meh, the original sounded like a Snow Patrol cover anyway.

Perhaps I was hearing things but why on earth was the winners single recorded before the final result was known. I dont watch the programme and don;t really know how it works but it was stated that the single was ready to go on sale on the ITV News

I know they go after the christmas number slot but is the this the only reason for it

they always have the song ready to go straight after the final, this year its even more important as the Christmas chart is decided next Sunday.

    Mon the Biff

    xmas no.1

I hope every c*nt involved in that show burns in hell for first murdering a Biffy song then trying to disassociate them from it with a shameless renaming.

Another example of trying to appeal to the lowest common denominator, and the worst thing is it works due to the idiots that lap it up every year.

tbh it was an average song to begin with!

Its a gorgeous song.I wonder who discovered it?Cant image Danni Minogue or Simon Cowell having Biffy Clyro in their cd collection

Considering the show's half rigged I don;t really care who's won. Rubber Bandits will get Christmas #1 anyways ;)
