I know you're already familiar with the Rocky theme, "Gonna Fly Now", but this is a good excuse for me to add my favourite ever context in which the theme was played. I've a soft spot for the Rocky movies, grew up on them.

I'm into physical training and anyone else who is....I defy you to watch this clip and not want to go out and punch a bag, lift weights, run up a mountain or do whatever your thing is.

The intro is the key.
