I am attending mount carmel and have just found out that my baby is breech and will probably have to have a caesarian

For normal birth the shortfall i have to pay to Mount Carmel is E1990.
If I end up having to have a section, my insurance says the emergency section is covered.
Does anybody know if i still need to pay the E1990 (most of which i have already paid) or is the whole thing covered by insurance. It's not very clear with Quinn. It just says emergency c section is fully covered apart from baby care.

I would ring and confirm with your insurer. You wouldn't be having an emergency c-section as you know your baby is breech so it will be a planned section.
