    Currently with BOI and used to save with Halifax - that was fine as you could deposit whatever sum you wanted to whenever you wanted to, but there doesn't seem to be others out there like this. What are the best options for this? I checked Ulster Bank there but that seems to be just a standing order each month of a set amount.

    Are you looking for an instant access account or a regular saver account?

    Hi, thanks for that. I still don't see one that suits my needs - I'd like it to be similar to the Halifax flexi saver one - instant access and you can deposit whenever you want etc...

    Try Nationwide UK @ 3%. Safe bank and good instant access rate.
